Times For UK people for Board Defense?!

Boarder Defense wars are 5:00 AM and 4:00 PM PDT What are these times for UK people? I don't know if we are GMT or anything lol...

UK is still on BST(GMT+1) until 28th October 2007 when it goes back an hour at 1am to GMT.

The system seems to run in PDT which changes Sunday 4 November 2007 to PST.
