Felankor still dropping ROF?

Please don't spam this topic like the last one that was made. We would like to know if anyone on other servers besides Ares got even a single ROF from Felankor (in dragon cave, not boss event!) since the new Moradon patch.

We used to get at least one a week and haven't gotten one since the patch so I think the question is justified and simple enough.

Insanity on gira hasnt gotten any, and we've killed about 15

Weiwuer on bera also hasnt gotten any in 1-2 months

same here, mostly roc/rol, lots of ce/me...couple IN's...

but most ppl that killed them from boss event gets ROC / ROL / as far as I know (Girakon)

Maybe rof will be exclusive drop from felankor only on boss event
