Felix i had teh same problem with you alos it said "Blocked to abnormal login activity" if so it is because KOL was recieving alot of IP's runing through that account so in verification of the owner to that account they will block it and ask for all your information but pfft it took me dang 2 months to get my mage back and it was a bitch calling back and forth bitching to that lady at k2 numbers xD

but maybe u got faster contacts than me so hope u get it solved
