CS are a nice item..............
In KO and KE but since the newer items are in the game now it's nothing more than a status symbol. Mages will happily stat to hold higher str sheilds , good rouges don't need them , warriors have more than enough options as do preists.
Nice to see it's dropping for people but not really woth all the hype these days.

This is the first one on C West. One dropped on C East pretty early but yeah. Id have to agree with felix, although they are a nice shield and you only need 1 point in str.. is it really worth 2k usd? And if the Non-Flammable shield (HP requirement) gets released into USKO, why would you spend that kinda money on a CS. But still a nice drop and merry christmas
