Short guide its quite easy.

• Go to the stadium in Moradon. It is near Kencoons and Gavolts. Just walk in.
• Press "K" to see skills. Put basic skills dribble and shoot on to skill bar
• Press Z to target ball. Dribble is a quick hit. Shoot is a slow hit but goes futher.
• Ball respawns in center when it leaves pitch. There are no throw ins or goal keepers.
• Use stadium manager NPC to enter as red or blue team. A maximum of 11 each side.
• Someone must start game for goals to count.
• I dont know what you get for winning the 10 minute games. But each goal gets a medal which trades to NPC stadium manager for football uniforms,
• During the game you can spam the NPC to enter. You will enter if someone else DC's.
• Your team color is illuminated under your feet. Red team scores when the football crosses between the Blue posts.

I would rather have K2 fixing bugs like that you can't upgrade some one handed clubs ( well actually almost every club ).

Just saw that they gave bahamut a different look, it looks pretty good but still :P rather have them doing something usefull.
