Talk to gm about it or g1 , you use prem in your char? if yes then they will help you and the prem has to be under your credit card other wise they cant help you cause they will ask for credit card info... So gl

if u have your account birthdate and esn cods u used before then send ticket to ko with these info and say u want to change your secrets and choose three new secret questions and answers and GL changing them

Premium is required for changing SQ and SA.
I can't change my rlb priests sq w/o prem.

I also recovery one acc that was hacked without prem.
