i was just checking kodb. and it seems dual mage earring give a total of 60MR a cheap way to get good resistants for that mob

Freshmind is the key, without it he will hit you for over 3000.

If your a warrior and have a HP set for Undy put it on once you see burning skeletons and youll be ok until you can hit it so it doenst AOE. Clanmate of mine told me about that one, works great, as I have over 5K with my HP set and undy.
Survived 3 AOES from it once before I got to it to smack it. Once you attack it and have surpressed its AOE, then you can put your STR gear back on.

Best way to survive is to let all the koxpers die 1st int the begginning and if u are a mage not to aoe when u see the snatchers. Right when i aoed specter spawned :P
