so on a whim i bought an excep tota spear +7 outta merch, used my last trina for funzies and it went +8. so i went to add poison on it and it burned. now what the ho-lee FUCK are the chances of that? less than 1%? fucking anvil can blow me.

That's why many people prefer to upgrade elemental items instead of non-elemental, even when elemental items have less chance to succeed.

Ive burned a raptor +7 and a glave +7 adding elemental.

Same here!I bought a exc ii +6 and i upgraded it +7 with bus, then i bought a trina to upgrade it to +8,succesfull!When i wanted to put in the elemental it broken...EXC II +8 broken with bes!Thats a sux!:S

yea F... anvil i pass without trina unique to +7 later i try after using many +7 shell etc 5 uniques +6 to +7 all with trina all booom Oo
but burning an item with BES is like 0,0001%
