There's zero chance they'll roll it back again/fix it. When they added Xig 3 they deleted all the coins in my Inn Hostess. I filed a customer support ticket and they said "sorry, we're not rolling characters back at this time."

There's zero chance they'll roll it back again/fix it. When they added Xig 3 they deleted all the coins in my Inn Hostess. I filed a customer support ticket and they said "sorry, we're not rolling characters back at this time."

we are talking about some1 who bought prem service (gold or silver) like me, and you get a free trina after buying on.
but becuz of the roll back- we lost our trina.. which means we payed for nothing....
that's means they have to give it back .. . <_<

They said on their official site that they'd restore any lost KC and grant everyone 2 days of premium service. The original poster said they lost 10gb's. My opinion is that they won't restore the lost coins, and based on K2's past I doubt they'll even bother restoring the lost trina.
