Yes they are legit, but they don't really do anything wrong if they pretend they don't know and get a CS+0 in a gift...

I don't think manu buged have buged it, just think he enjoys the items etc... Same as hole ethinty enjoyed rebeldes exp partys even if he ksed till he got spot... or the items on bosses he "ksed" etc...
