Mortal, maybe k2 ment by them giving you RoF+3 means, that you have a better chance of getting 1 if you buy KC I am joking ofc but you never know with k2 the lack of Information from the POWERS THAT BE is horrible.

Friend that finished 3rd sent in a ticket asking for a Iron Necklace +2 and they said that they will escalate it to another department and he didn't receive a answer yet from the other department but they put a Iron Belt +2 in his inn hostess. :|
