Well yesterday i aplied to buy premium and it says it blocked me so now this morning i get charged 2 times silver premium at the same time (i just bought 1 for my account) + 12 hours later i still dont get my premium wow ty k2 piece of crap game anyone knows how to help me ?

hello, i recently registered to click&buy on my account XXXXX and i got blocked i tryed to buy Silver premium from k2 knightonline game but i received two times the charge on my credit card but i still dont have my silver premium and i dont want it two times it got double charged.Can you please help me and try to fix this and maybe instead of refunding the other silver premium overcharged you can just switch it to knight cash in k2 knightonline game.If you need any other infos let me know i already suported some costumer suport ticket to k2 knight online.
