is it me or do they get even more retarded than the last time. U would figure seeing that they redid there cs options that they would clue in there cs reps. I get the response to Click the other category. I have no other cat. wtf is that about another way of there cs to cop out and not do anything for u? Sorry just needed to vent

There is a "general customer inquiry" option to choose in the "submit a CS ticket" screen where you can type in a desription of the problem you are having, but it is available to gold premium users only.

So when CS tells you to choose this option next time, they're basically saying that they will only help you if you are gold premium.
