refuges spwan in the invaded nation for victorious nation you kill them by r , skill dont damage them and they give solo 50 NP , 50 LP some coins they keep walking in all the streets that connect all the towns

I have killed 20 or so...only got 2 NP from them twice. May be a bug on dies though.

they are easy NP's (forgot how many)..but you just R attack them to kill them, they dont fight back like NPC's do

then u didnt`t kill it full hp ; or in party and ur party membere near u , its ranged np same as atross , riotes and gives solo 50/50
