got 10060 error on logging in on servers?

i have installed the sp2 , but still i get same problem .. im getting to server list , getting connecting plz wait.. and after like 20-30 sec i get disconnected on all servers.. if someoen know how to fix it plz tell me

haha i get a error installing SP2 gets about half way and gives me a Access is denied error :s
