If you want to get some kind of help without submitting a ticket then you should make a topic at official forums instead of whining here.
Obviously by flamming people that try to help you by being realistic won't lead you to item restoration or help you in any kind of way.
Better to do something instead of nothing, what regiss suggested on will probably help but even if it doesn't... at least you tried.
