Cannot loggin official ko website

This is lasting for ages already. Im using old k2 generated password which allows me to log game but when I try to log website it says: username and password combination doesnt exist... Therefore I cant change my pw or anything through official website..
I know this used to happen to more ppl in past, I just didnt care to fix it till now..




any solutions ?

put caps lock on when u type your pass, should work.

if it had different capitolized letters or anything, thats whats wrong

in-game, u can log in without specializing the capitol letters, doesnt matter, but when logging into site, u need to have it perfect

nah I had this problem long time ago, just putting caps lock on when typing pass should work, just don't put user in caps(unless it has caps).

If this is whats wrong, its impossible to find out now lol, it must be hundreds of combinations ..

no just put your user in like normal, and when typing your pass, put caps lock on.
