well i was buying prem for igc and i was give on guy id pw and he dlvled my char 72lvl to 71lvl.90% and lost my shield +3 of 70lvl quest. Sucks

You should consider that in those days many people got banned because of fraud in credit card transactions. So be happy he didn't do something worse to your account.

:S... u can send a CS about ur shield, if it was Destoryed instead of Upgraded, u can ask CS to get it back.. my friend did it and he got it back perfectly safe and sound

you should do what my friends did back before ROFD when no sealing allowed when they were buying gold prem, took all there shit off there account and traded it to another account
