I just got hacked in Altar.. Been playing since start of server and yes i dont have OTP but i ONLY played this game on my pc, i havent downloaded anything...
I was playing and got dc. Logged back after 1h and i lost all my items

Mythril set+7, hepa iron bow+8, dual lego+1, dual cocatrice+1, amulet of dex+1, jud belt+2, almost 6gbs in noah and bunch of crap..

I sent ticket but can i expect anything...?

Most likely someone got your infos from a hacked database, somewhere online. I don't know NTTGame support well enough to tell whether it's possible to get your items back or not, but it's worth a shot.

I would not wait for the normal ticket progress but instead go USKO discord and PM the Altar GM's straight up.

They were surprisingly friendly and helped quite a bit on issues almost instantly.
The further they spread your items/coins it will become more troublesome and more unlikely you will get it back, so be fast right now.

OTP is a must to have, without it they can have bots brute forcing acounts all day long. you need to talk via discord it will take ages before they aswer your ticket.
