What exactly do you need to be what they call: ''Decent 83 Sin/Warrior in Ares, to actually make yourself known and able to PVP with. And actually have the requirements to join an active CZ clan. Is it still active, PK based? English population? Thanks in advance.

You need +10/3's for startes, and for what I hear it's pretty active in all you're asking.

i would say you would need at least this gear:
raptor 10/wiri 9/ baal 9/hb 10( you get the point)
shell 9/krowaz 7 or 8(7 is cutting it close)
roc +2
minos + 2
iron neck+0
string of skulls +2

i shared some chars there and yea ure right, lvl 83 warrior with shell 9, hellbreaker 9, roc2/3, sos2/3 , iron set +0/2 would be above avarage , its active as far as i know on all zones

i played some time,but 95% are turkysh players,i prefer to come Helios,there are some English speaking clans and nice pk in all zones
