Has k2 made servers only 4 prem at a certain time?

no this happened when turks got introduced to the game, and K2 became greedy and lowered the server useage.

I think all turks should get removed from game as the majority of them are ks ers spammers and haxers and abuisive like mad towell heads

not really, the servers are prolly like 95% full nowadays, so the ppl w/o premium cant login, coz they can only login if theres under 80% server capacity used. nowadays its so gay coz every server is so damn full. everytime they make a new server it seems like the new server takes away capacity of the other servers...
