Umm yeah I was testing them out and you can get all earrings to +5 all rings to +5 all necklace's to +5 and some belts to +9 and 10.
Just so no one gets confused this is not KOSS this is my friends PS and I play on it, here is a link just incase some people are wondering my stats:

And upgrades are 100% to +7, 75% from +7 to +8, 50% from +8 to +9 and a mere 35% from +9 to +10, but it is possible since I have some items +10...
