Have to reset my skillbar every time i log in or relog why?

ok there a bunch of things that say Bodacious_CYPHER1_0 and other numbers that replace the 1_0 like 1_1 1_2 1_3 so on

Bodacious_CYPHER1_0


bodacious = account name
cypher = server
1 = server number
0= character location on select character (0 is center, 1-2 is left or right not sure which)

So when it changes to 1_1, 1_2, that means all these characters are on server ONE and the next number is the character slot.
