Help with cs ticket on rollback

i got usmthing saying send to general area for rollback..

i went on submit support ticket went to other typed in the date i was hacked and said this


I was hacked on Nov 6th, 2006 at 10:30 am central us time. I lost many items such as chitin, gold, and more. I dont know how he/she got my password. I am asking for roll back for this acc at that date and before 10:30 am central us time. I dont know how he/she got my password.


wondering if that will be good and where do u exactly send it... i dont have prem atm....

Roll-back never happens. Even if you're prem. I tried when I got hacked and was prem.

ive been sending cs tickets for almost 4 weeks still no roll back
