help with kesn code

hello everyone.yesterday i bought platinum premium kesn code with paypal and the money was taken from my card.
a few hours later i receive this letter saying that my purchase was canceled.wtf :S?

how long does it take them to send me the codes?
and should i wait or ask for my money back?

They sometimes cancel your payment if they think you will charge back. You might need to verify your paypal account. It usually takes less than a minute to get your code. If you were using shatteredcrystal, they call your house if you are a first time purchaser to verify your information and if you are indeed the person whose name appears on the paypal account. They ask you questions like, "What is the name of the nearest hospital where you live", "What is the name of the nearest golf course", etc

i would recomend you to send a letter to the website you bought the kesn from. tell them the money should be there. if they still claim they don't have the money call paypal and check why the money isn't there.

and in worst case do a charge back and buy the codes in anouther website.

maybe you got scammed :/

for me, i use playspan, you get your code instantly after paying
shattered crystal isn't as fast, and normally most of their codes are out of stock
