Well with first Google search i found topic in here at ko4life private server secton and also seems that the owner of the server is banned. With address: www.knightonline.com.my. So i dont think its back :/

i think i remember arcanegaming as a private server, so doubt it is licenced host

It's a private server with pretty much similar rates as old MYKO. Also has a couple hundred players I believe and 95% of them are from Malaysia. They have 2 servers, 1 where macro is allowed and another one where it is not. But yeah it's not an official server.
