Need help...premium

Hi all. I bought a premium about 4 hours ago (plat) and I receive my trina and KC.

BUT, I dont get the ingame advantage of the premium... no more xp and nothing. On the top roght plat prem is not write.

I relogged, but nothing changed, also after the restart nothing changed. Anyone know how to solve this issue ?

I can't submit a ticket since its too complicated atm, it redirect me to Mgame or dunno what. My KO account is so old and not directed to a Mgame account.



ANyone know how to solve this so I can xp :S ?

you will need to send ticket or find a way to send one,

but at least, they will activated it and you will start at full time.

Try make a new account and send a CS from that account then and explain everything.

Hopefully you will get what you were promised.

Had it too, but relogging was enough to fix it.. Better send in a ticket...

happened to a friend of mine, she sent a ticket and they fixed it within 48 hrs
