    Can you log to website? You can check your email in account information, but probably you forgot password to box

    how old is it? and was it very active back then? i had two old accounts and only one of them exist. I think the other one was deleted.

    Sent a ticket from my account with all the info i know.
    And the told me that the other account does not have premium,
    so they wont help. XD
