Does anyone know when is a good time to try and contact a GM in-game?
I've tried twice to report a bug with a support ticket, and both times they tell me to speak to a GM in-game.
Isn't it nice to know that CS care so much about the game that bug reports get a copy/paste "ask in-game" answer.
PS I hope someone from K2 reads this and pesters Parature to deal with our tickets properly.
PPS Please no sarcastic replies about "you never see a GM online"
since most gms live near cali,
cali-time in afternoon around 12-13 pm
cali-time in evening 20-22 pm
cali-time in night 2-3 am
well for me i have found gms online ( which is kinda hard ) only at like 14 - 16 GMT +1, and than after like 19 - 21 GMT +1
btw what is repot bug ?
The bug is so minor I can mention it here, as it's totally unabusable - You can't rebirth a tooth+7 <_< pissed me off cos I wanted to try and make it +8 using rebirth trinas.

im pretty sure you cant rebirth alot of the lower class uniques, like that unique 2h spear that has life steal

+1, u cant rebirth stuff like, sword of the dead, sword of the beast, scorpion scythe, tooth........
most of the time when gm are on doing events they cant do crap anyways
they either block pm or they say "I am only here for event i cant help you. Ask the regular gm for this server"
When to try?

tie a dollar bill to the end of the bait ring of a fishing poll, toss that shit as far as u can towards california and wait. Depending on your lag, you'll notice one at the other end asap. Works everytime, good luck.
If the bug report is abusable PM "Tanoruk" on forums better than CS.
If the bug is against players they don't care. Like Holy Animor should have MP recovery. CS told me to post a suggestion in feedback on the forum.
I have talked to a GM by PMing after a GM event. They unblocked the PMs about 10 mins after it was over.
When a event is running
lol the GM on akara is GM for both nations, but he always plays orc so when u pm him all u get back is Gibberish :huh: i had to go create another acct and make an orc just to tell him to ban some ppl in Rdream for speed hacking lol
