So you can get Glass belt 2 ways . One of them is eslant bosses. Snake Queen and Talos drops Glass belt, only these two. The second chance to get glass belt from chaos stone. You can get uniques randomly, most chance in cz chaos stone bosses. Theres no chance to get glass belt from dragon boxes.

i did many monster special staff and yea u can drop some box like frag box,armor box,accesories box and the accesories box drop every kind of unique accesories. for my self i got iron belt,old rol and warrior pendant as good drop u can also drop OLD mage earring lol so fnaly there is 3 way to get it, eslant boss,chaos stone,or accesories box.. warning dragon box is not the samething as accessories box.
