You could always get a middle man like felix or paddy to help you out with this. get them to take necros CS and hold it untill the money is given. Neither of you can get scammed that way unless the mods decide to cut and run :P

paying for usd is the advantge given to those who have a life outside the game, and who dont have 8 hrs a day in which to play. Personally i can't see why the no lifers complain but they do.
