It only shows on your machine.

You can rename files to make something appear as something else, or you can delete them for no model(but deleting may cause system instability) and you can reskin models(by renaming files, not edit in photoshop or something).
My rogue FP(meaning every piece of OrcRogueFP) is now Black human warrior(not barb) chitin pieces(those files obtained from jpko I think, someone posted red/black chitins on ranking)

Technically, that's a TOS violation also.
