I'm not saying it's ONLY due to messing with files, I was answering FatM4n.
Let me amend by saying:
It could be glitch or toying with files.
Toying with files will only show on your own machine, so on and so forth.

Personally I don't see how everyone would see the same person as missing parts. I would have to see it with my own eyes on several computers(that I personally know haven't been tampered with) to believe it, no offense Morax.

I'm just cynical.
