It's good for me

and you can setup the quality

better quality = less fps,
worst quality = more fps.

the only problem is , IT saves the record in a extension .gcf which you need to convert to avi for make a video with sonyvegas/moviemaker or whatever but ( you can see the preview before it with the same program) and if you like , you export it/convert to avi ( you can convert the record to avi with the same program) and that's all...
