Horse but not a captain

I'm curious why this person has a Horse. Is no War on or is he a clan leader to be a captain. Why does he have a horse ?

That ebekajabababaknobaloba(sorry i dont knowhow to spell his name)but in that pic that one that starts with a "E" is the orc king, and the king can randomly change into the horse on war days, and since thursday is DLW he can be a horse all he wants (altho the guy acts like an ass more then anything)

To be honest I don't like the Orc king, or almost hate it, He only gives out 1 mil to some people(mostly his clan members), or summons a snowstorm,
he has never given a XP event or anything like that, HavvK for king ! :P:P
