How am I supposed to get ESN codes?

I am having trouble getting ESN codes for KO. I tried playspan, but everytime I pay with paypal they cancel the payment. Are they out of codes? How can I get one from Mgame?

yeah thats sux. and i see on the web page its says OFFICIAL ESN RESELLERS there is 11 website and all Turkish sites and its not possible to buy from there if u dont have a bank account in Turkey. so mgame has to do something.... maybe work with playspan again donno

ya my friend was trying to get KC from Playspan and with wasnt working either and you cant just buy from the ingame PUS anymore. it will only accpet ESN codes.. if we cant buy from site that sell ESN codes how the fock do we buy prem or KC (Npoints they are now called i believe?)
