sueing a multi million dollar computer company isn't a bad idea most willing to poor out money like tobacco company

and with k2 located in cali there is no need for sue them 1 phone call with presents evidence they'll be pursued by goverment

most US companies once they take a loss decide to sell if its not to big...i cant imagine it being more then 100k in payouts to customers cause most customers wont file

they would sell and cut there loses

k2 is one of those companies like a con artists....once the con is done or found out they bail.....they will sell out man

if they did use anything tez has posted on forums (these forums) then it would be violation of their tos cuz they not allowed to ban ppl nor take away their items based on 3rd party forums.

yup cant prove i sold or bought for usd but thats not whats in question here

i paid for a service with paying for premium i am entitled to prompt cs within what is stated on there tos.....i was not given that service i paid for...i want a refund of my money for only that said service...i am not asking for items in court or am i asking for the money for the kc i spent over the past 2 years
