Modify your post so your IP range isn't shown for a start
Send a CSC ticket to K2, only they can tell the IP ranges allowed for each server

Im from Poland and I can log c-west as well.I bealive k2 widened ip rage due to lack of players on server.
go to samspade.org and put your IP address in the whois information box
