I've forgot my SQ once and they asking me the last 4 digits of the CC I used last time and the date and what I buy

after give them that they gave me a new SQ like 5-6 days after

Than you need to get rid of any virus/keyloggers of your computer before attempting to get your secret question. Hopefully he hasn't logged any CC information. Do you think he could/may have? You should check with the bank to see if any outrageous transfers were made.

I would run these programs, before giving out any information, even so, to make sure your TOTALLY clean, reformat.

u guys lucky u got that done, i been trying for weeks, and they keeping send my same automated msg to put all those details, which i have done. Now i said in last CS ticket might have to take legal action. and there response is that they have forwarded my problem onto another department.
