What is the right section to report the moderator not doing their job?

If we would ban for every post that contains strong language you would have been long gone. Now take your personal emo vendetta somewhere else. Thank you.
Also it may be suprising to you, you know, the forum ( even the WORLD ) does not turn around KO, so post stuff that does not belong here in the right section. You want to report a moderator of gamers4life? Lol. Post in the "general" ( suprise^ ) feedback section.
