how do you guys change all info from 1 person account in KO. .. i mean i need to explain and have him change all info from the other guy account, what must be change .. help here?

you can't change the secrect question..you can only change the email and billing info.

u need to send them the details of buhying premium to prove its your account...(his account)

then they should give u a new secret question at CS
