How does the Clan Battle Work?

How do you challange another clan to battle? And what happens? Is it like individual battle or is it different?

You go into stealth mode and throw a ninja-star with a letter stating the time and location. Then you meet in clan area bf (the one with leaves falling from the sky) and fight it out. The loser has to disband his clan.
