How does seal/unseal system work?

I know it costs 1M to seal your precious items but couldn't a hacker just go onto your account and UNseal them or do you have to wait a length of time before they are UNsealed? Explain babas. ^_^

you need to re-enter your secret Answer to unseal an item

so yea. . .my premium expired today, and I was finally able to log on to verify that in fact your items remain sealed.

I also found that w/o premium i was unable to unseal them...

my question now is, do i need gold prem. in order to unseal these things or will bronze be sufficient? any input will be greatly appreciated.
