how to get pass back

so i changed my password earlier today and i forgot it :/
i tried to change my password in knightonlinewolrd.com and it asks for birthday date which i cannot remember which one i used.
i have the other info tho,email,seal code,old pass etc

anyone can help me restore my account?

well i remember all other information of the account

did you ever buy kc or prems with your credit card. if yes then they might ask for credit card number to make sure you are the right owner of that account and this way they can send you all info of your account.... never did this before but i heard many time, that this is how people get there account back when they get hacked....

u cant chang any info befor u know the date of birthday they always ask about it after they ask u about the payement methed

Didn't they send your new password to your email once you changed it? I dunno I haven't played usko in years, but thats what they used to do, if I ever forgot mine I'd just refer to my email messages. So you should have it in your email, I could be completely off though.
