How long do i have to wait to be able to re charge KC, steam says im off the limit

JR bugged for me over four times (no bosses etc).

Waste of 6 MS because had no monsters, or when had monsters there was no BOSS. People koxping in CZ walking through rocks/bushes/hills while im stuck at them, and therefor I can't kill them and they come 1 shot me because im stuck.

Genie is piece of shit people use to KOXP even more just by using "genie" mark.

Fair enough , i don't intent to nor I would anyhow there is nothing worth buying. You could use that money on donating for a real charity than jerking off while you can 1 hit some poor free to play user in KO.
