How long does a restore take

1 week ago, they said they will restore for my friend.

And he still waiting for it, after he submiteed items etc.

is that normal?

or no one knows? since no restores

they told me they gonna fix my character,(prolly they mean restore) and took 3 days for it.

it won't happen, they said same thing to me, i waited 2 weeks and submitted another CS ticket, and then changed there mind they only support paid members. My premium ran out 4 days before i sent that 2nd ticket.
