It's a unquie topic I guess "puts down ban stick" . I would say there is a healthy number of +8's and +9's on all the older servers. One thing that was good with the old ranking was we could see these sort of numbers.

pretty much every lvl 80 warrior has either rap 9 , ii 9 , giga 9 , or hb 9 in ares lol

whole ROH clan have +9, so do factor, then osmanli and wearesosorry have some, and also vindictive/ruthless have some =) and im sure there are also more random turkbabashoppers who also got +9s, but it dosnt matter=D
