Uhmmm.... Ok, lets say you can make 4m exp per hour. So making 100m would take around 20-30 hours, somewhere in between. 40 bucks sounds reasonable. But i wouldnt pay anymore than the gold premium. Not for being cheap, but..... nah, for being too cheap. :P

If you pay for lvl, you are no better than macroers or gm made chars. Becouse you are earning a lvl that you didnt worked for (maybe your fathers o.O , or you by yourself) , but its still not earned in game.

wrong...because you are doing it in a legit way. What if you have 2 people on your account who lvl together? that means that you are half not legit? lol what if you leech for 10 mins. Does that mean the xp you gained is illegal? no. You are paying for them to xp you legally. I think its a waste of money but some people might go for it.

So, along Gollum's line of thought, any lower level who parties with a higher level does not deserve their XP and are no better than macroers.

Buying a character is different than paying someone to get your character some XP.

No, the game is intented to run that way, hence the manner point(that still have no use) system, and the ability for a clan member to party no matter the level difference.

The money paying for XP as noted here is more or less extra incentive, above and beyond what the game gives you.

I'd pay up to about 50 bucks. I don't get in enough daily play to gain levels fast at all, certainly haven't in the past for 2 months gold premium.
That's where I make my basis for money, well, I would IF I planned on playing that much afterwards.
