also one thing you have to remember, at least for Korean KO ( I dont know about Japan ) but their personal information is linked to their internet. If they do something bad in one game, it could lead to them being banned from alot of games or networks.

JPKO has things closed too, still buggy and less people, dont fret about the items because its pointless when theres so little people playing

if it was player made why would they put a stat on the weapon taking away -780 MP lolZZZZZz, dude its a weapon that might/might not come out to usko. but if it does it will be the same stuff jap ko has. no player makes their own stuff,if that were true i would move to japan get some internet and make a ring that had a whole crap load of defence to alllll weapons it would be a billion times better than an iron neck LOL. but yeah i am very confused why usko has alot more level 83's than any other client.
