How to obtain pets?
I remember back in the day once you do your first job change your able to get the quest from trainer Kate to get a pet but now I don't seem to get the quest. Is it bugged or have to have something else to get it/them now. Maybe, just not offered anymore?
it was working earlier, ive done it on three characters idk if they glitched it somehow :P you need kill 10 bulcan, worm kecoon and (forgot the last one) but it was really easy. I got it at level 10-20 dont remember when.
yeah once you are level 10 you can go to Trainer Kate and get the quest, I never heard this was bugged and I have done this quest twice myself but roughly 3 weeks ago. Kate wont have a ? mark but if you talk to her, you will get the quest since it is your only quest there that will unlock all other pet stuff like image change and egg hatching etc.
Are you trying this on Steam Ko or US/EU KO. I know it was bugged on EU KO, don't know if they fixed it.Originally Posted by StickyBumper

Sorry I'm trying this on USKO.
Then it's still bugged. On Europa it was bugged for a long time. I assume it's still bugged on US KO.
It should reset once you rebirth but if it's bugged, then it won't show up either way.

So you can create ur own pet =)
Well I was able to create a new character and it was fine. Maybe had to do with the other character I have.
